Muhammad Imran Rana has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. MUHAMMAD IMRAN began their career in 2002 as a Senior Manager of HR Operations at Ayesha Group, a business concern dealing in Retail, Carpets, and Apparels. In 2004, they moved to Chenab Group (ChenOne Limited) as the Head of Human Resources Division, where they were responsible for Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development, Workplace Safety, Social Compliance, Employees Grievances and Discipline Matters. In 2009, they became the Divisional Head of HR at Masood Textile Mills Limited. In 2016, they moved to United Industries Limited (UIL) as the General Manager of the HR Division, where they were responsible for Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, Project Management, Team Building, Strategic HR Management, Policies and Procedures, etc. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of HR & Operations at WALEE, the largest influencer marketing platform operating in the MENA and Pakistan regions. In this role, they are responsible for HR Management including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations, as well as Corporate Affairs and Public Relations.
Muhammad Imran Rana completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management Science between 2006 and 2007. MUHAMMAD IMRAN then went on to pursue an MBA in Human Resource Management from Preston University from 2008 to 2010. MUHAMMAD IMRAN continued their studies by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textiles Management from Riphah International University between 2002 and 2004. Most recently, they completed a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Labour and Environmental Laws from Bahauddin Zakariya University from 2014 to 2017.
