Leigh Griffiths

Leigh Griffiths is an experienced professional in the field of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity and engineering. Currently serving as the OT Security Assurance Manager at Wales & West Utilities since October 2022, Leigh previously worked at Thales from May 2015 to September 2022 in various roles including Solutions Architect, OT Cyber Security Engineer, Technical Service Engineer, and IVVQ SI&T Engineer, contributing to OT cyber security and traffic management systems for Network Rail. Prior to Thales, Leigh held engineering positions at Quicklink Ltd, General Dynamics UK Limited, and Technicolor, covering areas such as video distribution services, systems integration, and quality engineering. Leigh holds a Meng in Digital Communications Engineering from the University of South Wales, obtained in 2007.
