Nichole Davis is an experienced compensation and total rewards professional with a robust background in leading compensation strategies across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Head of Compensation at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Nichole has previously held significant roles at Wells Fargo, including Total Rewards Executive and Head of Compensation Analytics, Design & Delivery. Nichole's expertise extends to a Compensation Executive position at Bank of America and a Human Resources Manager role at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
