Wilson Ipaye

Wilson Ipaye is an experienced professional in pharmacy and retail operations, currently serving as the Store Manager of Pharmacy and Retail Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance since May 2015. In this role, Wilson oversees the profitability of drug store and pharmacy operations while training and managing a team of 40 employees to enhance efficiency, time management, and customer service. Prior to this position, Wilson spent 16 years at Walgreens in various leadership roles, including Community Leader/Multi-Unit Operations Manager, where the management of seven stores resulted in over $70 million in annual sales. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
