Alex Hauge

Alex Hauge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data warehousing and business intelligence, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Walker & Dunlop since October 2020. In this role, Alex has successfully driven strategic growth initiatives that support billions in loan volume and generate significant revenue. Prior to this position, Alex was promoted to Manager, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence at Walker & Dunlop, where a vision for transforming the BI approach was realized through team expansion. Earlier experience includes being a Business Intelligence Consultant at sa.global and a Risk Assessment Analyst at PlanetRisk, Inc., complemented by foundational work as a Research Intern. Alex holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, along with a minor in Religious Studies.
