Christopher Montes

Christopher Montes is a Senior Director in Real Estate Finance with extensive experience in asset type commercial lending, specializing in various financing options such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and alternative financing. With a focus on raising JV, Preferred Equity, and LP Equity, Christopher has worked in affordable housing, workforce housing, and social impact investment. Prior to their current position, Christopher held various leadership roles at Arbor Realty Trust and Berkeley Point Capital LLC. Montes holds a Masters in Leadership and Management, Public Policy & Management from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Irvine.
