Dan Groman

Dan Groman is an experienced legal professional with a distinguished career in corporate law. Since November 2011, Groman has been serving as Interim General Counsel and Secretary at Walker & Dunlop, where responsibilities include advising management and the Board of Directors on various corporate matters and notable achievements such as negotiating the acquisition of over 15 companies and facilitating their integration. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Freddie Mac, where Groman provided legal counsel on foundation operations and corporate governance, and as an Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP, focusing on M&A, securities, and corporate law.
