Patrik Modig

Patrik Modig is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in capital markets and investment analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since December 2019, Patrik previously held the position of Vice President in the Midwest Capital Markets division at JLL from April 2014 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Patrik worked at Allstate Investments in various roles, including Associate Analyst II in both the Real Estate Investment Group and Real Estate Capital Markets. Previous experience also includes a tenure at M&I Marshall and Ilsley Bank as a Correspondent Commercial Real Estate Analyst and an internship at Jones Lang LaSalle focused on real estate investment banking. Patrik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University, completed in 2008.
