Stuart Wernick

Stuart Wernick is a seasoned professional in the real estate capital markets sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since July 2016. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Senior Managing Director at Berkadia from September 2012 to February 2016 and served as Senior Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from September 2009 to September 2012. Stuart's career also includes founding and presiding over Quantum First Capital from January 1998 to September 2009, as well as a Vice President role at Chase, where operations focused on real estate investment banking in North Texas from January 1995 to December 1997. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
