Susan Mello

Susan M. Mello is currently the Executive Vice President and Group Head of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. Prior to this role, Susan had served as the Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate. Before their time at PGIM, Susan was a partner at McCarter & English, LLP, specializing in real estate development investments and joint ventures. Susan holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School.
