Walker Layne

Walker Layne is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, equity capital, and debt financing for commercial real estate assets. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Director at Walker & Dunlop since October 2021, Walker has a strong background as Vice President at Medalist Capital and Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included structuring customized financing solutions and business development. Prior positions at Vining Sparks involved delivering macroeconomic analysis to trading desks, while early career experience includes founding JWL Golf Enterprises L.P. after a stint as a touring professional golfer.
