Amy Klint Rempp

Amy Klint Rempp has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President, Underwriting at Walker & Dunlop since June 2022. Previously, they worked at JLL as a Vice President from November 2015 to June 2022, and at Oak Grove Capital as a Vice President from June 2009 to October 2015. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at CIT Healthcare from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have experience as a Real Estate Analyst at Ventas, Inc., and as a Staff in Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Amy started their career as a Development Analyst Intern at Marshall Erdman & Associates, where they performed financial feasibility and market analyses for new medical office building and hospital projects.

Amy Klint Rempp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2004. Amy also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota, specializing in Medical Industry Leadership Institute.
