Chris Bancroft

Chris Bancroft has a strong background in real estate brokerage and investment sales. Chris is currently working as a Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since February 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded FourPoint Investment Sales Partners in 2014, specializing in student housing investment sales across the United States. Chris also worked as a Broker at Apartment Realty Advisors from August 2007 to May 2014, and as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis from September 2004 to August 2007.

Chris Bancroft attended Tulane University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Finance.
