Chris Stigall has extensive experience in asset management, particularly in the affordable housing sector. Chris started their career in 2002 as the Director of Asset Management at Community Affordable Housing Equity Corp. In 2015, they joined Alliant Asset Management as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for managing a large asset portfolio and overseeing teams of asset managers. Chris maintained the same role when Alliant Capital was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021 and became the Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In both roles, they focused on risk mitigation and management, while also providing benefits to partners in the Low Income/Tax Credit Program.
