Conner Hartley

Conner Hartley has extensive experience in the financial industry, specifically in the field of underwriting and structured finance for real estate projects. Conner is currently serving as the SVP & Deputy Chief Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop since January 2021. Prior to this role, Conner was a Vice President at Newmark Knight Frank, where they focused on debt and structured finance for multifamily capital markets from September 2019 to December 2020. Conner also has a long history with Walker & Dunlop, starting in 2012, where they held various roles including Vice President & Team Leader, Assistant Vice President & Team Lead, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter.

Conner Hartley attended Washington and Lee University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics.
