Kristi Dennis

Kristi Dennis has over 20 years of experience in HRIS, payroll, and HR management. Kristi is currently the Vice President HRIS at Walker & Dunlop, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at VyStar Credit Union as the Workday HRIS Manager from August 2018 to September 2022. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Business Program Manager and HR Systems Manager at The Suddath Companies, where they were responsible for managing and supporting various HR systems, including Workday. Before that, they worked at Tree of Life as an HRIS Coordinator in 2005 and at Recruitmax as an HR Manager from 2004 to 2005. Kristi began their career at CNB National Bank as a Payroll/Human Resources professional from 2000 to 2004. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed HR initiatives, and developed effective HR policies and procedures.

Kristi Dennis completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business from Tallahassee Community College in 1997 and pursued further studies in Business Administration at Florida State University - College of Business from 1997 to 1998. Kristi also holds additional certifications, including SHRM-CP obtained in 2015 from SHRM, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) obtained in 2004 from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
