Michelle Cacace

Michelle Cacace has a strong background in healthcare recruiting and corporate training. Michelle started their career in 2000 with AMN Healthcare as a Recruitment Manager and Corporate Trainer, where they achieved top performance in recruiting, retention, and profitability. Michelle then joined Travel Nurse Across America as a Senior Recruiter and Sales Trainer, consistently achieving top profitability and retention in the industry. Michelle later worked at Gifted Healthcare as the Director of Recruiting and Corporate Trainer, managing and mentoring a team of 35 recruiters. Michelle also spent time at Atlas MedStaff as a Senior Recruiter and Corporate Trainer. Most recently, Michelle worked at Aya Healthcare as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Recruiter Mentor, placing RNs on travel assignments and mentoring new recruiters.
