Brian Ferguson has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to health, safety, and environment. Brian is currently the Vice President of Health and Safety at Walker Industries, where they lead a team of professionals in implementing safety management systems and a safety culture. Prior to that, they worked at EllisDon in positions such as Director of Health, Safety & Environment for the Civil Division and Regional Safety Director. Brian also has experience as a Safety Director, Safety Coordinator, and President/Construction Health and Safety Consultant at Ferguson Safety Solutions. Additionally, they have held positions at Welsh Glassworks, OLG, Cantec Security Services Inc, Gallaher Thorold Paper Co., and Anagram Premier Rehabilitation Community. Brian has a strong background in overseeing safety compliance, conducting audits and investigations, and providing leadership in the field of health and safety.

- From 1989 to 1992, they studied at Grantham High School and obtained an OSSD (Gr 12) degree with honors.
