Ankita Lad

Ankita is a Building Envelope Consultant supporting projects throughout California and providing field support for projects in the San Francisco Bay area region.

Her 6 years of experience includes building envelope, air and water intrusion testing, balcony and façade investigations for water and moisture intrusion, nondestructive testing of concrete structure, testing observation construction administration for all exterior building envelope systems, seismic risk assessments, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Probable Maximum Loss (PML) assessments. She has worked on a variety of projects including commercial, multi-family apartment, hotels, education, healthcare, government and mixed-use buildings.
