Shannon Cullen

Shannon Cullen is an accomplished publishing professional with extensive experience in the children's books sector. Currently serving as Publishing Director at Walker Books since October 2024, Shannon previously held the role of Group Publishing Director for Children's at The Quarto Group from March 2022 to October 2024. Shannon's career at Penguin Random House UK spanned nearly two decades, during which positions included Publishing Director, Publishing Director of Ladybird, and various editorial roles within the Puffin brand. Earlier career experiences include roles at HarperCollins Publishers as Desk Editor and Editorial Assistant in New Zealand.
