Courtney Lorch

Courtney Lorch is the current Senior Manager of Operations at Walkin' Pet by HandicappedPets.com. Courtney has over 6 years of experience in Business Management and Supply Chain Leadership. Prior to joining Walkin' Pet, Courtney was the Business Manager and Supply Chain Leader at Iron Heart Canning Company from September 2017 to November 2020. There, they were responsible for managing all vendor relationships and supply chain including pricing negotiation and inventory allocation across multiple warehouses and over 1,000 customer accounts. Courtney also updated sales pricing documents and produced quarterly supply communications for all customers. In addition, they provided quarterly forecast to vendors using sales pipeline, run rate analysis, growth estimates and historical data. Furthermore, Courtney analyzed inventory patterns and turns to reconcile discrepancies with finance team. Lastly, they supervised Customer Relationship Management team and provided ongoing training and support.

Before working at Iron Heart Canning Company, Courtney was the Client Services Manager at Good Start Packaging from October 2015 to September 2017. As the Client Services Manager, they were responsible for managing customer accounts, providing quotes, preparing proposals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Courtney also handled all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Prior to their role at Good Start Packaging, Courtney was the Office and Sample Receiving Manager at Amro Environmental Labs from May 2015 to October 2015.
