Currently serving as Regional Manager for the East of England and London at Walking With The Wounded since February 2022, David has held multiple leadership roles, such as Regional Manager for London, Medway, and West Midlands at POhWER, and Head of Custodial Operations and Resettlement at Astara Training Ltd. David's career includes significant positions within the HM Prison Service, where roles ranged from Lead Manager Security and Compliance at HMP Woodhill to HMPS Resettlement Manager.
