Alan Fung

Alan Fung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal desk operations and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Deal Desk Specialist at WalkMe™ since August 2021, Alan previously held the position of Deal Desk Strategist at LinkedIn from September 2018 to August 2021. Alan’s career began at Draco Natural Products as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included establishing customer relationships and providing technical support in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team. Prior to that, Alan worked as a Fulfillment Specialist at UC Davis Stores, optimizing fulfillment processes and managing purchase orders. Alan holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2016.
