Matthew Barratt is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and strategic management. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at WalkMe™, Matthew has previously held significant roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Optimization Lead - Assisted Digital at Telstra. Matthew also served as Head of Customer Success and Enablement at Domain and Regional Delivery Manager for South Australia, Northern Territory, and Western Australia at Telstra.
