Maximilian Richter is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic management with extensive experience in various roles across leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Strategic Customer Success Lead at WalkMe™, Maximilian has also held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Maximilian co-organizes the Berlin Customer Success Snack Event Series, engaging with over 80 attendees in a recurring initiative focused on customer success.
