Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at WalkMe™ since May 2021, Mike has spearheaded the largest territory for Professional Services, significantly contributing to revenue generation. Mike’s previous roles include Senior Employee at Upskill IT Consulting, Director of Professional Services at TAM Training and Maverick Solutions, and various positions at GP Strategies Corporation and Oracle. With a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Elizabethtown College, Mike has a strong foundation in educational methodologies and technology integration, enhancing training and development efforts across multiple organizations.
