Paul Shinn

Paul Shinn is the General Counsel of WalkMe, responsible for leading legal and regulatory affairs. Paul advises executives, management, and the board of directors on a wide array of legal matters and brings decades of business and industry knowledge to the leadership team. Prior to WalkMe, he served as General Counsel at Zeus Living and Chief Legal Officer at both CrowdStrike and Gigamon. Paul also served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Hewlett-Packard and began his legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University.
