Ian Millikan

Ian Millikan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in transportation and construction management. Currently serving as Vice President at Wallace Montgomery since March 2020, Ian previously held leadership roles at the Virginia Department of Transportation from December 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing construction programs and providing guidance on project administration. With earlier experience as a Senior Engineer in Chesterfield County and various roles at VDOT, including Senior Project Delivery Engineer and Project Manager, Ian has a proven track record in overseeing multimillion-dollar road design and construction projects. Ian holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MA in Transportation Policy, Operations, and Logistics, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Mason University and The George Washington University, respectively.
