Sergio Bisello

Sergio Bisello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sergio is currently the Director of Engineering at Wallapop since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Professor in IT & Business Agility Master at UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) starting from February 2018. From March 2019 to April 2022, they worked at N26, first as an Engineering Manager, leading a team of 17+ engineers and optimizing business outcomes, and later as a Senior Agile Coach, scaling the Barcelona hub and developing innovative banking products and services. Before that, they were a Lead Project Manager at ThoughtWorks from March 2018 to February 2019. Sergio also has experience as an Operations Manager/Agile Coach at Skyscanner from May 2014 to February 2018. Sergio has held multiple roles at Golden Gekko from 2011 to 2014, including Senior Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Manager at Buongiorno for a short period in 2011. Sergio started their career at Indra as a Team Leader from November 2009 to May 2011. Sergio also worked as an Architect - Technology Consultant at ALTEN from April 2009 to October 2009, and as a Marketing Software Solutions professional at Wincor Nixdorf from April 2008 to April 2009.

Sergio Bisello completed an Oxford Executive Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Sergio also attended IESA in 2004 for a Program of Information Technology for Business. Sergio'sundergraduate degree in Computer Science was obtained from Universidad Simón Bolívar, which they completed from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2014 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2011.
