Miquel Gomez Roura

Miquel Gomez Roura is the Head of Training at Wallbox. Prior to joining Wallbox, Miquel spent three years as the Global Training Manager at Glovo, where they coordinated the training activities of 14 hubs in Africa, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Miquel successfully implemented an LMS around the 14 hubs, impacting 3000 agents and standardizing all training plans and training activities. Miquel also coordinated a team of 20 trainers based in Barcelona and in different hub locations around the globe.

Miquel is experienced in identifying and assessing the training needs of an organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers. Miquel also has a proven track record in developing individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Additionally, Miquel is skilled in implementing effective and purposeful training methods such as e-learnings, handouts, videos, learning activities, knowledge tests, exercise books gamification, and Totara LMS.

Miquel has also demonstrated success in evaluating organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. Miquel is an effective communicator and has experience managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training. Additionally, Miquel is experienced in managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
