Vanesa García Porcel

Vanesa García Porcel is currently the HR Development Manager at Wallbox. Prior to this, they were the People & Culture Manager at Clicars from December 2016 to April 2019. García Porcel has also worked as an HR Consultant at Randstad España from June 2015 to December 2016.

García Porcel has been instrumental in developing and managing the human resources function at Clicars Spain. During their time there, they built an incredible team of over 70 people and helped develop and implement a culture that was lived and worked in every day. Vanesa is also responsible for several awards that the company has received, including the Best Team Award at the South Summit in October 2018 and the Digital Talent Award from Accenture Strategy and the Economist in January 2018.

Vanesa García Porcel has an executive master's in human resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, a psychology degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a certification in fiscal, labor, and accounting management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. Vanesa also has a certification in competence selection from Cegos.
