Andrea Guendelman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wallbreakers.

Andrea has worked with some of the most progressive companies in the world including Airbnb, Pixar, LucasFilms, Amazon, Tinder, YouTube, Visa, Humu, Joylabs, Bonusly, Spotify, Adobe, Williams Sonoma, and many others.

She consults extensively on developing human capital – including talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion strategies, retention, career development, and upskilling—for major universities; private sector companies, from the Fortune 500 to startups; and non-profits.

Andrea has also been the creative force and curated major conferences and festivals on social entrepreneurship, technology, and diversity, drawing hundreds or thousands of individuals, and speakers and performers ranging from Al Gore to Devendra Banhart. Earlier in her career, Andrea worked as a finance lawyer at the international law firm of Debevoise and Plimpton and at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Andrea earned law degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Chile. She is in the Executive MBA program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
