Lynette Lim

Lynette Lim joined Wallem in 2015 and today oversees all aspects of the organization’s HR activities across Southeast Asia, from planning and implementing strategic HR initiatives to helping management assess organizational structures, as well as ensuring compliance with all local labor directives. Lynette’s extensive experience and knowledge of human resources were accumulated from sectors ranging from hospitality to logistics and security. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, inclusion, and safety in the workplace. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management specializing in organizational development and psychology and is an accredited senior professional of Singapore’s Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
