Catherine Pratson

Catherine Pratson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for St. Mary's County Government since January 2016. Prior to this role, Catherine held the same position at St. Mary's College of Maryland from July 2013 to January 2016 and at Asbury Solomons Island from October 2008 to August 2013. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Asbury Solomons and as Compensation and Benefits Manager at W. P. Hickman Systems, Inc. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Fairfield University, completed between 1978 and 1983, and attended Saint Patricks High School from 1975 to 1978.
