Eileen Aspehaug

Eileen Aspehaug has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the SVP Line HR Shipping services, Customer growth & Corporate functions EMEA & Americas at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. In this position, they were responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining employees in line with the company's strategic objectives. Eileen was also a part of the global HR management team, where they contributed to various HR initiatives. Prior to this, Eileen served as the VP Corporate Human Resources at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where they had global responsibility for compensation and benefits. Eileen also worked as the Head of HR, Central Office at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where they were responsible for employee development and compensation policies. Before joining Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Eileen held HR positions at PG Flow Solutions AS, Fram Drilling AS, Sevan Drilling ASA, REC ASA, and Norske Skog, where they gained experience in HR strategy, downsizing, recruiting, and expatriation management.

Eileen Aspehaug attended the University College Cork from 1988 to 1992, where they completed a BA degree in Economics. Eileen then pursued an Advanced Bilingual Skills Diploma with Marketing at H.S.I. College of Business and Technology in Limerick, Ireland from 1992 to 1993. In 2004, they attended BI Norwegian Business School, enrolling in the Master of Management Program with a focus on Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2005.
