Helen Guler has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Helen is currently the Director of People and Organization at Wallenius Wilhelmsen since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Coaching and Learning Program Lead at RevV from October 2020 to June 2021. Helen also has a strong background in global learning strategy, having served as the Director of Global Learning at Avis Budget Group from May 2018 to October 2020. Their responsibilities included leading a global learning team, implementing digital learning solutions, and achieving cost reductions. Before that, Helen worked as the Sr. Manager of Global Training Programmes at Avis Budget Group from November 2011 to May 2018, where they focused on leadership development and building women leaders. Helen started their career as a Learning and Performance Manager at Medco Health Solutions UK from December 2006 to July 2012, where they managed learning solutions for account managers and streamlined training processes.

Helen also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Comparative Literature from New York University.
