Shintaro Tsuchiya

Shintaro Tsuchiya has extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as Vice President Sales Japan at Wallenius Wilhelmsen since June 2007. Tsuchiya's roles at the company include Head of the Nagoya Office, Head of Supply Chain Services Atlantic West, Manager Japan Sales, General Manager of Account Management and Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Manager of Region Asia Commercial. Prior to this, Tsuchiya worked at the Embassy of Japan in South Africa from March 2003 to March 2007 as an External Consultant for Japanese ODA and Administrative Assistant. Academically, Tsuchiya completed the Executive Education Global Leadership Development Programme at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2016 and earned a BA in Social Sciences from Hitotsubashi University in 2003.
