Rocky Golem

Rocky provides M&A, capital raising and valuation advice to a variety of insurance, insurance distribution and claims services companies nationwide.

Prior to joining Waller Helms, Rocky was a Partner and Managing Director at StoneRidge Advisors, LLC, an insurance-focused investment banking firm. Previously, Rocky was a Vice President with Glencoe Capital, LLC, where he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the business services and financial services industries. Rocky began his career at Cochran, Caronia & Co., an investment banking boutique serving the insurance industry.

Rocky has over twenty years of investment banking and private equity experience, focused primarily on the insurance industry. Rocky recently led the sale of Excel Managed Care & Disability to GENEX Services and the sale of Professional Warranty Service Corporation to Kingsway Financial Services.

Rocky received his Bachelor of Business Administration with high honors in finance from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in accounting, entrepreneurship and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
