Lise Morrow

As Managing Director of Waller’s corporate practice, Lise Morrow helps lead a team of more than 70 attorneys and paralegals who represent clients in corporate and commercial transactions. In addition to supporting the Waller corporate team in day-to-day operational matters, Lise plays a key role in developing and implementing initiatives related to client outreach and communication, strategic initiatives, process streamlining and corporate diligence systems.

Lise founded Clear Diligence, a specialized provider of diligence services that combines detailed data mining services with client-directed due diligence to produce customized and detailed reports within a rapid timeframe and at a right-sized cost. Clear Diligence is now owned by Waller.

She began her legal career as an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
