Richard Paul

Richard Paul has held various roles in the IT industry since 1992. Richard started their career as a Production Specialist at Qmax Test Equipments Pvt Ltd in 1992. In 2001, they became a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Indian Railway's. In 2006, they joined Sutherland as a Senior Consultant, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert and provided Level 2 Support for ISP Customers from Canada. In 2011, they joined GAVS Technologies as a Team Lead, where they worked in various accounts and technologies, such as IHS, Service Desk, Server and Network Monitoring Support, Dothill (Seagate) - Storage and Backup Support, Health First - Service Desk and Server, Backup and Network Monitoring Support, and SCO - Service Desk and Network and Server Monitoring Support. Richard also managed Service Operations like Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Change Management. In 2020, they became the Head of Operations at Wallero Technologies Inc.

Richard Paul began their educational journey in 1986, when they attended Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School until 1990. Richard then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Sriram Engineering College from 1991 to 1993.
