Edgar Velbri

Edgar Velbri is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in energy law, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Energy Law at WALLESS since November 2020. Previously, Edgar held the position of Senior Associate at DERLING PRIMUS, focusing on energy law, dispute resolution, and property law from April 2016 to November 2020. Prior roles include Associate Partner and Senior Associate in energy law at one of Estonia's fastest-growing law firms, as well as seminar instructor at the University of Tartu, teaching the Code of Civil Procedure. Edgar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Tartu, complemented by a summer law program at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tartu.
