Daniele Maffei

Daniele Maffei has over 25 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Daniele began their career in 1996 as a Life, Accident and Health Actuary at SCOR. In 1999, they moved to Deutsche Bank as Head of Actuarial, Product Management and Client Service - DWS Vita. In 2008, they became Head of Propositions Global Life Italy at Zurich Insurance Company. In 2012, they took on the role of Business Development Manager Allianz Solutions - Southern Europe at Allianz Global Assistance. In 2013, they moved to Groupama Assicurazioni S.p.A. as Life Accident & Health Director. In 2018, they were appointed Group Life and Pensions Director at Cattolica Assicurazioni. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief Insurance Officer at Wallife.

Daniele Maffei obtained a Master's Degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from Sapienza Università di Roma between 1989 and 1995. Daniele'sfield of study was Actuarials.
