Paul Bolger

Paul Bolger is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Commercial Manager at Walls Construction Limited since July 2021. With a robust background in estimating and bid management, Paul previously held the position of Senior Estimator/Bid Manager at Balfour Beatty Ireland from September 2008 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Estimator at Howley Civil Engineering and Section Engineer at Uniform Construction, as well as Site Engineer at Askam Construction. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton and completed earlier studies at Waterford Institute of Technology.
