Carol Vella

Carol Vella is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in recruitment, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Early Careers Recruiting Strategy & Execution at Walmart, Carol has previously held the position of Associate Director of Marketing for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, also at Walmart. As the Founder and CEO of Diversity Impact Consulting, Carol has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. In prior roles at Del Monte Foods, Inc., Carol contributed as a Senior Business Development Manager and was a founding member of Del Monte's Professional Women's Group. Carol has an MBA from Washington University, Olin School of Business, and enhanced expertise with a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell Executive Education.
