Cecilia Gaye-Schnell is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in supply chain management and operations. Cecilia has worked at Walmart as a Division Vice President, overseeing multiple grocery Distribution Centers and supporting a large number of associates and managers. Prior to Walmart, Cecilia held positions at Mattel in different capacities, including Director of Supply Chain Central, South America and the Caribbean, where Cecilia managed a wide range of logistics and distribution tasks across multiple countries. With a background in international business and finance, Cecilia has a strong educational foundation from prestigious institutions such as IESA, UADE, and UCAB.
