Dr. Shelly Baldwin

Dr. Shelly Baldwin, Ph.D, is currently the HR Manager at Walmart since November 2014. Prior to this, they have been the Associate Vice President at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago since January 1994. They obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Business Administration and Management, General from Capella University in September 2014, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Loyola University Chicago in June 2000, and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in June 1998.
