Heather Leadbetter has over two decades of experience in health and wellness management within Walmart. Starting in 2001 as a Pharmacy Manager, Heather oversaw pharmacy operations and successfully developed a strong team to enhance customer service until 2013. Following this role, Heather served as the Market Health & Wellness Director in Columbus, Ohio, managing a metro market with $80-85 million in sales, focusing on clinical services and specialty drug sales. Subsequently, Heather took on the role of Regional Health and Wellness Director in Washington, D.C. Since December 2020, Heather has held the position of Health and Wellness Director.
