Kaitlyn Shadiow

Kaitlyn Shadiow has extensive work experience in merchandising and management roles. Kaitlyn started their career at Triage Consulting Group, where they worked as an Associate from July 2005 to April 2007, and then as a Senior Associate from April 2007 to July 2009. Kaitlyn then joined Target as an MBA Merchandising Intern from June 2010 to August 2010. After that, they took on various roles at Target, including Senior Buyer for Basic and Seasonal Bedding from September 2011 to July 2013, Senior Buyer for Stores and Ecommerce in Outdoor Living from March 2013 to June 2017, and Director of Merchandising for Domestics from July 2017 to December 2017. In 2017, they joined Google as a Category Growth specialist in Google Shopping, where they worked until September 2019. Kaitlyn then moved to Walmart, where they served as the Vice President and General Manager for Home from September 2019 to August 2020, Vice President of Merchandising for Outdoor Living from August 2020 to January 2023, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Merchandising for Pets since January 2023.

Kaitlyn Shadiow holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Human Development from UC San Diego.
