Laurel Moulden

Laurel Moulden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. People Leader at Walmart since August 2023, Laurel previously held the position of Director Labor Relations at Tyson Foods from May 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included implementing labor strategies for both union and non-union sites and acting as Chief Spokesperson during labor negotiations. Prior roles included HR Director at McDonald’s Operations Business Unit, overseeing HR functions for multiple manufacturing complexes, and Director of Human Resources at Keystone Foods, managing HR operations for seven U.S. facilities. Laurel's career began at Allen Industries as HR Manager, focusing on employee relations and compliance. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
