Liz Consuegra

Liz Consuegra is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Vice President, People for Walmart US Stores since August 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at Petco, where leadership in HR strategies was critical from March 2019 to July 2023. Liz held the position of Director - HR Business Partner at Confie Seguros, facilitating significant staffing restructures across multiple states to enhance productivity. Prior HR management roles at Pacific Ridge, Forest Home, and Daryl Flood Logistics involved establishing HR frameworks and driving employee engagement initiatives. Liz began their career with Target, where participation in the Executive Team Leader program enhanced HR operational strategies. Liz holds an MBA in Strategy & Organization from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Social Sciences & Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
